    That’s my perfect burger.🔥 amazing.
    I say it all the time, but wrap the sucker in foil. Leave it for a minute. Eat it with half the foil on. It’s a simple step that goes a long way 👌

    looks great ! i maybe would leave the raw onion in super thin rings, but thats just me

    ive cooked everywhere from ultra fine dining to shit hole bar and grill….and ive cooked 1000’s of burgers

    1/2 lb, 1/4lb , smash…you name it

    the smashburger carries a much different flavor than a thicker burger for obvious reasons and is IMO the best type for both flavor and textutre

    to add: toasting/ grilling the damn bun in butter is just as important as the burger itself, LOL!

    Do you flip before the cheese? Or is it not needed cause they’re thin
